Requests From Law Enforcement

We only share non-public information about our customers upon legally valid request, as stated in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. We will release explicitly requested information in response to a formal legal request, provided that we can identify and get it reasonably.

To best assist us in identifying the pertinent account and transaction in question, please offer as much information as possible. And if you are a member of law enforcement or another government agency and desire to get specific customer information through an official legal procedure. We can’ handle requests that are too general or ambiguous.

For official legal requests, make sure that it contains the necessary information such as name, email address, and phone number for fast identification and process.
