By using our website, you are entitled to buyer protection, which means that we will assist you in getting a full refund if there is a problem, such as an item not arriving or if the item purchased looks to be considerably different from its product description. But keep in mind that payment is not released until the product is delivered and you, the customer, certify that it is as ordered. Within three days of receiving an item, you have the right to ask for a complete refund if it is not what was advertised.

To ensure you make the right purchase the safe way, we ask that you make it on our website. We can’t protect you if your sale or purchase happens outside of our website.

How do returns work?

Return requests must be made 3 days after delivery has been confirmed and before the buyer has given the seller a rating. All sales are considered final after the buyer rates the seller or three days after delivery.

A product is eligible for a return or refund if it fulfills one of the criteria listed below:

  • The product is not as described
  • The item has undisclosed damage.
  • No package has been sent by the seller.
  • Faulty or missing item

One of the following situations precludes an item from being returned or qualified for a refund:

  • The listing has the correct description of the item.
  • The item smells and does not fit
  • You changed your mind
  • Requested a return more than three days after receiving the item
  • Request for return made after item rating.
  • The transaction was made outside the online store

Have you ever received a product that wasn’t exactly what was listed?

Give the seller no ratings. Your order is complete once you rate the vendor. Instead, reach out to us via the app. After delivery has been confirmed, you have three days to request a return.

Fraud alert

Customers should be on the lookout for scams and fraudsters and take precautions to protect themselves. Your money could be lost through fraudulent transactions with no way to recover it. You might have fallen victim to a fraud scam or other criminal activity if you were requested to send money to a stranger, for an offer that seemed “too good to be true,” or to handle an “urgent” matter purportedly affecting a friend or loved one.

Please let us know if you think you could be a fraud victim.
